Taylor Strong, Massage Therapist

Taylor has been a Massage Practitioner for over 20 years, originally graduating from the Massage program at the North Carolina School for Natural Healing, in Asheville, NC, in 1995. She has always been drawn to and immersed in the healing arts, as both her parents are physical therapists and ran a thriving practice out of her childhood home.

Sessions with Taylor usually are a blend of therapeutic techniques, drawing from her extensive training in Myofascial Release, Polarity Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy-and her favorites- Structural Decompression and Visceral Manipulation. She also has her inter-oral endorsement and loves working with clients with TMJ and headaches caused by jaw tension. Her ability to tailor sessions to the needs of the individual, coupled with a love of client education on ways to unwind pain patterns, helps clients move out of pain and into greater ease. Through her work in Medical Massage and Chiropractic clinics, Taylor learned to work with both chronic and acute injuries, as well as on-going stress related issues. Though her first love is treatment work, Taylor also understands the value of a deep, relaxing, Swedish Massage.

As a performer and dancer since an early age, Taylor has a natural affinity for how the body works and strives to pass that on to her clients by teaching them new ways to stretch and open their posture. When not in session, she still loves to spend much of her free time dancing!

Dr. Kalin Suzuki, ND

Dr. Suzuki is a Washington naturopathic doctor with a special interest in women’s health and digestive health. Some of her other clinical interests include IV therapy, diet and nutrition therapy, and botanical medicine, diabetes health and working with young adults.

Dr. Suzuki was born and raised on the island of Oahu and moved to San Francisco, CA for her undergraduate degree in Biology and Health Studies at the University of San Francisco. From there she moved to Seattle, WA to complete her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Bastyr University is one of the seven accredited naturopathic medical schools, renowned for its science-based natural medical curriculum.

Growing up in Hawaii and in a Japanese household, she grew up with the principle of prevention all her life. Living everyday to promote health and prevent illness is a value to her, therefore she focuses on preventative modalities to promote optimal health in all of her patients. She also loves working with healthy individuals to help them continue to live a healthy lifestyle and promote longevity and optimal wellbeing. For treating illnesses, Dr. Suzuki focuses on finding and treating the root cause and coming up with an individualized treatment plan with the patient, that is best suited for that individual.

In her spare time, she can be found running in marathons, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
