Vitamin C - Super Antioxidant

Vitamin C is a super antioxidant which heals skin and connective tissue from within and promotes injury repair. It also encourages the detoxification process and improves collagen synthesis and immune function. Vitamin C also increases glutathione, another super antioxidant which heals the brain and nervous system. It also protects against harmful toxin exposure, such as lead, mercury, arsenic and other environmental toxins.

L-carnitine - Amino Acid

L-carnitine is an amino acid which support athletic performance, conversion of fat to energy, improvements in cardiac muscle function, and cellular metabolism. It also has been found to benefit energy levels, reproductive health, appetite control, and carbohydrate metabolism.

Methylated Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is given in the form of MethylB12, which is an ideal form of B12 for the creation of energy, lean muscle, detoxification and improving brain function. Methylcobalamin is also involved in cardiovascular function, sleep, blood cell formation, and nerve function.

L-methionine - Amino Acid

L-methionine is an essential amino acid that supports cartilage building blocks and numerous pathways in the body including the formation of SAMe, which is fantastic for joints and the brain alike. Studies have shown that l-methionine promotes healthy cellular metabolism, enzyme activity, and glutathione concentration (our super antioxidant). Methionine also supports cholesterol metabolism and detoxification.

Super B-Complex (Inositol, B2, B5, B6)

Inositol is a component of the B-complex family. Inositol supports healthy mood and emotional wellness, and reduces tension. It does this through supporting our ‘feel-good’ brain neurotransmitters. There is research Inositol may also support a healthy reproductive system.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) is a nutrient that is essential for energy production and the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It has also been shown to help maintain mental clarity, productivity and healthy mood in certain individuals. Vitamin B2 can also be helpful in the prevention of migraines for people who are prone to them.

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is required to generate energy from fats, carbohydrates, and protein. The body uses pantothenic acid in the in the production of adrenal hormones, skin, hair, nerves, and red blood cells.

Vitamin B6 assists protein and fat metabolism, blood formation, and supports a healthy immune system and nervous system, along with enzyme activation, and B12 absorption. Vitamin B6 is also important in amino acid metabolism, nerve transmissions, and hormone synthesis.

Calcium & Magnesium

Calcium is an essential mineral necessary for bone health and has been shown to support a healthy cardiovascular system, along with colon health.

Magnesium is essential for energy production, blood sugar regulation, and healthy heart and lung function. Biochemically it is involved in over 600 processes in our bodies, and most Americans tend towards deficiency in their diet. Magnesium is also helpful for relief of muscle spasm, tightness and pain. Other functions in the body which require magnesium include vitamin B6 activation, improved methylation, nerve function and heart rhythm support.
